Total And Permanent Disability Benefit

This benefit provides financial support on the total and permanent disability of the policyholder. If a claim is approved, it will be paid out to the policyholder as a lump sum.

Please follow the instructions below to submit a claim. We are here to make the claims process as easy as possible during this difficult time.

  • A completed claim form.
  • A clear, certified copy of your ID.
  • A certified medical report by your regular medical practitioner.
  • A certified medical report by a medical specialist, confirming the disability. This includes copies of all specialist reports, as well as copies of all special medical and laboratory tests.
  • Employer statement, confirming disability (if you are not self-employed).
  • Police report, if disability was caused by an accident.
  • Policyholder’s bank statement, stamped by the bank (Note: the statement cannot be older than three months at the date the claim is submitted).
  • We may request further medical information and/or documents, if required.
