Critical Illness Benefit

This is a lump sum payable to the policyholder when he/she is diagnosed with a qualifying critical illness (defined in the policy). If a claim is approved, it will be paid out to the policyholder as a lump sum. This allows the policyholder to access medical treatment worldwide.

Please follow the instructions below to submit a claim. We are here to make the claims process as easy as possible during this difficult time.

  • A completed claim form.
  • A clear, certified copy of your ID.
  • A certified medical report by your regular medical practitioner.
  • A certified medical report by a medical specialist, confirming the critical illness. This includes copies of all specialist reports, as well as copies of all special medical and laboratory tests.
  • Police report, if the critical illness was caused by an accident.
  • Policyholder’s bank statement, stamped by the bank (Note: the statement cannot be older than three months at the date the claim is submitted).
  • We may request further medical information and/or documents, if required.
